Where:

  • Open the editor and find it under “Email Apps” in the category “Social”
  • Click  the Twitter logo and then “Add App”

What:

  • Enter your Twitter username under “Username” e.g. John, Mycompany etc.
  • Your Username is the ending of your twitter profile URL. e.g.  https://twitter.com/john

Extras:

  • Title: change the words before the tweet (e.g. “my latest tweet”, “check this out” etc.)
  • Settings: to show all tweets / favorite tweets ;   show your Profile picture / Twitter logo
  • Design: place the app to the side / at the bottom of your email ; use full email app / compact view
Troubleshoot:
  •  Make sure your Twitter account is public, otherwise it will not work
  • If you receive an error about reaching data limit – try again in a couple of hours. This means that too many requests to Twitter.com came from your computer or another computer on the same IP
  • Any other issue? Delete the app and add it again.
