How can I report an issue I experience with WiseStamp or make a suggestion?

If you have an issue you wish to report, please search our Help Center since it covers most of the issues you might be experiencing.

Still can't find a solution? - report a bug!

Open the WiseStamp editor, click ‘Help‘ and then click the ‘Submit a Bug‘ on the bottom.

Add a short description of the issue and add a screenshot if relevant.
