How do I find my user name or password?
To find out your username:
- Open the WiseStamp editor
- Click “Settings” and under “Account”, you will see “Your email”. This is your WiseStamp username.
If you are not already logged in, create an account with your email. If it says this email is occupied, retrieve your password so you can log in.
Note that it is possible to use WiseStamp without a username, so maybe you never created a username in the first place. It is advised to create an account so you can backup and sync your signatures.
