How To Clear Your Cache In Chrome

If you recently upgraded to a Pro account, but you’re still being logged in as a free user, or if you’re receiving an error message in the WiseStamp editor, the best thing to try first is to log out of your WiseStamp account and clear you cache and cookies.

  1. Open a new tab and go to chrome://history/.
    On the left hand side click “Clear browsing data.”
  2. Make sure “Cookies” and “Cached images” are both selected, click “Clear browsing data.”

Now log back into your account and you should see your Pro status, and all errors should be gone. If this isn’t the case please email support@wisestamp.com and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
