How To Clear Your Cache In Firefox

If you recently upgraded to a Pro account, but you’re still recognized as a free user, or if you’re receiving an error message in the WiseStamp editor, the best thing to try first is to log out of your WiseStamp account and clear you cache and cookies.

  1. Open a new tab in Firefox and go to about:preferences#privacy
    Under History click “Clear your recent history.”
  2. In the pop-up that appears click “Details” on the left.
  3. Make sure the Cookies and Cache options are selected, and then click “Clear now.”

Now log back into your account and you should see your Pro status, and all errors should be gone. If this isn’t the case please email support@wisestamp.com and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
