I can’t login to my account, what should I do?

There are a few reasons why you might not be able to log into your account. If you’re using the wrong email address or using the wrong password you’ll see the error code “Wrong user or password try again or read this.”

Use the “Forgot your password” reset function to receive an email with a temporary password.

If you see “User not found,” you’re using an old version of WiseStamp. You can fix this by moving to our new web version of WiseStamp, which you can do by signing up again and creating a new WiseStamp account.
