I’m trying to log into my account with the Thunderbird plugin, but it’s telling me to upgrade even though I’m already a PRO user. What’s up?

We improved the Thunderbird solution and now it works with the web version instead of the outdated plugin. All you need to do is sign into your account through webapp.wisestamp.com/login and use the export feature to bring your signature over to your Thunderbird email.

  1. Go to Settings >> Add to your email 
  2. Select the HTML option and follow the on-screen guide.
