I’ve upgraded to PRO but am still recognized as a Free user.

Logout of your WiseStamp account, clear your cache and cookies, and log back into your account. You should now see the “PRO” status on your account.

Please note you might be logged in with the wrong email address. You need to login with the email address from which you paid. Feel free to contact us at support@wisestamp.com for help locating your PRO account.
