Why is my signature showing up twice?

When using our signature maker, sometimes the WiseStamp signature migrates into the signature settings of Gmail.

Please check your Gmail signature settings and make sure there isn’t a signature there and that the “no signature” circle is activated. This will ensure that only the signature from your editor will be inserted.

  1. Click the gear icon and go to “Settings.”
  2. Scroll down the page until you see the signature settings. Make sure the “No signature” circle is selected.
